When the relationships in our lives become strained, distant, tense or stuck it can often feel like we are drifting apart, unable to meet the other in a place of peace and solace. We can become withdrawn, angry, hurt, let down, alone and isolated.

Many people seek relationship therapy because they long to feel heard and understood, they long to reconnect, to rediscover the closeness they’ve been missing. Many people arrive feeling, unsure of how to move forward, whether to remain in the relationship, and how to find common ground. Many feel trapped in a cycle of conflict, going round and round with no way of finding peace for themselves and for the relationship.

Some people come to therapy as they wish to leave the relationship and would like support to do this in a calm neutral environment. If it is your choice to break away from a relationship and would like help to navigate this therapy can support you through the process.
